The private pool measures 12 x 4 meters. While there are direct neighbors, and the house is attached at the back, you can rest assured that the villa and its facilities offer complete privacy. The garden is well-protected by bushes and trees, ensuring that no one can see into the property.





The villa accommodates up to 4 guests and offers 110 m² of living space on a single level, making it perfect for families or friends.
