This rustic-style villa in Crestatx, Mallorca North, features a private pool and garden, just a 15-minute drive from the beach. The spacious porch, approximately 18 m², is equipped with a wooden table and seating for six. The lawn area spans about 200 m², providing ample space for your children to play. The private pool measures 12 x 4 meters. While there are direct neighbors, and the house is attached at the back, you can rest assured that the villa and its facilities offer complete privacy. The garden is well-protected by bushes and trees, ensuring that no one can see into the property.





The villa accommodates up to 4 guests and offers 110 m² of living space on a single level, making it perfect for families or friends. It features 3 bedrooms, including one with a double bed and two with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with bathtubs. Fans are available upon request for your comfort!
In the cozy living room, you can unwind on the comfortable sofa while reading a book, watching TV, or simply relaxing. The sitting area is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a fridge-freezer. For added convenience, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
You can park your car for free on the street in front of the house. The outdoor spaces are stunning, featuring a beautiful garden with a charming fountain. Enjoy barbecues with friends, take a dip in the pool, or soak up the sun!


The nearest village is Sa Pobla, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, a train station, and a medical center. The northern part of Majorca boasts many beautiful spots, including the sandy beach of Capellans in Can Picafort. This beach, with its fine sand, is ideal for toddlers due to the moderate swell. In Capellans, you can dine at a fantastic paella restaurant and chill-out bar, where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views while you eat.
Don’t miss the tranquil sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Puerto de Pollença, Playa de Formentor, or Son Serra de Marina. If you enjoy outdoor sports, there are plenty of excellent hiking and cycling routes near the house, such as the springs at Ses Fonts Ufanes, the Sa Talaia mountains, Puig de Sant Martí, and the bay of Coll Baix. Be sure to explore the charming old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, with their cobbled streets and narrow alleys!
