During the right season, you can even enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice from the orange trees on the property. When the weather gets hot, take a refreshing dip in the spacious saltwater pool, measuring 16 x 3.5 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The porch is perfect for family dinners and delightful barbecues in the evening.

This single-story house blends modern decor with rustic accents throughout. The spacious air-conditioned room seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living area, and dining space. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas stove, a bar area with stools, and a dining table with seating for 4. It opens up to the dining area, featuring a larger table, and flows into the living room where you can relax on the sofa while enjoying satellite TV, a DVD, or music from the CD player.

Behind the beautiful stone columns, you'll find the bathroom and the two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom includes two double beds and a closet, while the other offers a double bed and a spacious walk-in closet. A cot and high chair can be provided for guests traveling with a baby.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. For colder nights, two radiators are available.

This finca is located near the railroad tracks, so you may hear the noise from time to time. This is at the same time, an advantage because you can use this means of transport to go to many towns. In the center of Sa Pobla, you will find everything you need for a nice stay. By car, you can visit the village of Pollensa, which is also very near. It is a wonderful villa which is worth a visit: Its marvelous cobblestone streets with little shops. We recommend you to go to the so-called "Calvari", a little chapel at the top of the village with spectacular views. The beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are only 20 20-minute drive from the house. These are fine and white sandy beaches, ideal for a dip in their crystalline waters or to taste a "paella" by the shore.
