In its surroundings, there are several sun loungers over a lawn area, ideal for sunbathing. There is also a bathroom with a shower in that zone for your comfort. Likewise, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues or even to read a book in calm.

Inside, you'll find a traditional living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, connected to the dining area through a large Mallorcan arch. Beyond that is the spacious kitchen, featuring an industrial gas hob, a dining table with chairs and a bench, and plenty of space. The house offers three bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning; two have double beds, while the third has two twin beds. If you're traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair will be provided. The accommodation is completed by two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the house includes washing machines, irons, and ironing boards for your convenience. Central heating is available powered by oil.
