The house, larger than 200 m², is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a large comfortable living room, a double bedroom with views and access to the garden, and a bathroom. The kitchen, living-dining room and bedroom all have access to the outside area. The terrace and the swimming pool areas are fully furnished and are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and wonderful weather of the island. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and another double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. All rooms are outside-facing, with clear views.



The villa has a nice swimming pool of more than 20 m2 located on the terrace and a lovely garden with natural grass. Beside the pool there is a solarium with comfortable deck chairs and garden furniture. The pool has a small shallow area designed for those who like cooling themselves off without having to swim.



The great location of this property allows guests to explore comfortably the north of Mallorca, in order to visit the bay of Alcúdia and its long sandy beaches with crystal-clear water and the bay of Pollença, with its numerous coves and cliffs such as Manresa, La Victòria, Mal Pas and Bonaire. This area is ideal for diving. You can also easily get to Sa Marina beach, where water sports like windsurfing, kite-surfing or surfing are practised.



The town of sa Pobla, a 2-minute drive from the villa, is famous for its culinary tradition. In the town centre you can enjoy a wide range of both traditional and international cuisine. Sa Pobla is also well-known for its International Jazz Festival, which is held every year in August. But without a doubt, its most important festival is Sant Antoni, on the 16th and 17th of January, when its people honour their patron saint with bonfires, and the traditional dances of the caparrots and devils. You can also enjoy tasting the traditional speciality of Sa Pobla, espinagades. The town centre is full of life in both summer and winter.
