The house has a practical layout. The living room has an open kitchen with dining area and living room with TV and exit to the garden. The two air-conditioned double bedrooms (hot/cold) have built-in wardrobes and each has large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The house is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in a nice, quiet residential area with quick access to the motorway to Palma or the airport. The nearest beaches are 15 minutes away (Cala Sant Vicente, Port Pollensa, Port Alcudia or Playa de Muro). The nearest shopping facilities are 5 minutes away by car (Eroski, Lidl in Sa Pobla).
