From the living room, sliding doors lead to an impressive dining room. A second set of sliding doors leads to the modern kitchen and breakfast area. A door gives access to the rear dining terrace, pool and garden area: a fantastic place to eat outside!
To the right of the entrance hall, there is also a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the rear terrace. To the left of the lobby there is a separate toilet and a large garage/laundry location.
