Welcome to Casa Pinarrets!

Casa Pinarrets by Totiaran is an accommodation in the village of Salardú, with a mountain style, very comfortable and functional; it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people.
It is located 5 minutes by car from the ski resort in Baqueira Beret and 15 minutes from the town of Vielha.

This accommodation in Salardú offers spectacular mountain views and is ideal for enjoying in summer due to its garden terrace. It is a perfect house for two families, very well equipped, with electric radiators, and is distributed over 5 levels: From the ground floor, one can enjoy a fabulous garden terrace with living-dining room and kitchen, on the street level you will find the main living room, and in the three upper levels are the bedrooms.

From the main entrance door, there is a reception area that has a very comfortable bench to sit and leave footwear. Continuing inside, you will find the main living room area, with spectacular views of the valley. On the left, there is a round table ideal for sharing, and moving forward, there are comfortable sofas and armchairs. This living room is completely illuminated by a large window that provides access to the balcony. Additionally, from this room, everyone can enjoy watching TV together.

From this level you can go down, where you will find the kitchen and dining area. This spacious area is first distributed with a fully equipped American kitchen with all the utensils you need, with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and other appliances. Next to the American bar is the main dining table for up to 8 diners; but in addition the house has an outdoor terrace table, a folding table for 6 people that in summer is placed on the terrace and during winter can be used inside. Next to the kitchen there is a courtesy bathroom. At this level you have the fireplace equipped with a metal duct, to enjoy the warmth of the wood.

From the dining room level upwards, we will find the third level where the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located. This room has a double bed 160 cm wide, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe; it is very well illuminated with natural light through its fabulous balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers two sinks and has a bathtub and towel radiators.

At this same level towards the right on the interior side, we find a room with a 160 cm double bed, with a wooden headboard and a nightstand on the left, it also has a built-in wardrobe. The window offers plenty of natural light.

On this third level, you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and the cleaning and housekeeping utensils.

Going up to the fourth level, you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub and two more bedrooms. One of the rooms has wooden sloped ceilings with a velux window, it has two single beds with wooden headboards and their respective nightstands on each side with lamps, and it has a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is small, it has a single bed with a trundle bed for an extra person and also has a built-in wardrobe.

Going up to the top level of the house towards the attic, we find the third double bed. It is an attic with two pyramid-style wooden ceilings, two velux windows that let in a lot of light and with spectacular views, which offers a comfortable 160 cm bed for two and a bedside table for rest.

The house also has a parking space in front of the house. It is a private garage where you can also leave your skis and boots, which has access from the street.

In addition to its luxurious interior, our mountain house offers a wide range of outdoor amenities. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the fresh mountain breeze and contemplating the stunning landscapes that surround us. They can also explore nearby trails or participate in a variety of recreational activities, from skiing in winter to hiking in summer.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth, and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.
Likewise, food and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.
