The ideal apartment for a sun and beach holiday in the heart of Salou. Located on the second line of the beach, on the street parallel to Paseo Jaime I, just a 3-minute walk from Llevant Beach. It has a communal area with a swimming pool and a children's pool, perfect for a quick dip after the beach.

LAYOUT:
With capacity for up to 4 people, the accommodation is distributed as follows:

- Spacious corner terrace with views of the street.
- Living-dining room with a sofa bed.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
- Bedroom with a double bed.
- Bathroom with shower.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Group bookings are not accepted. This property is exclusively for couples or small families.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Optional Wi-Fi available for just €5/day. Add it at the end of your reservation.
- Air conditioning available only in the living room.
- Optional parking with an additional charge, subject to availability. Not suitable for very large cars.
- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the required occupant details according to Royal Decree 933/2021, as well as the payment of all charges. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.
