This house is divided into two floors and has a solarium terrace on the upper part with views of Port Aventura and the sea. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. From the living room, you can access a small private garden with a barbecue through glass doors.

The residential complex in which the house is located has landscaped areas and a large communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the holidays.

The location of the house is exceptional, just 500 metres from the beach. Additionally, there is a supermarket less than 50 metres away and a bus stop about 100 metres away, which facilitates access to other areas of interest.
