This apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room includes two sofa beds, providing additional sleeping space. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom offers the choice of either a bath or a shower.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and leads out to a spacious terrace. The apartment also includes a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and a personal safe (for an additional charge). The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a television with national and international channels.
