Spacious apartment with furnished terrace, communal pool, air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, wifi and closed parking located just 180 m from the beach of Sant Pol. Ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
Inside everything is on one floor. There is a large living room with access to a large terrace with furniture and two mechanical awnings to be able to have shade whenever we want. Next to the dining room we find the kitchen, fully equipped, with a small exit. For sleeping there is the main bedroom suite with a double bed and two more bedrooms with two single beds each. And then the second bathroom. There are also three air conditioners, one in the living room, one in the main bedroom and the other in another room.
Outside there is the communal area that has more than 1000 m2 of garden and two communal swimming pools, one large and one for children with a total of about 175 m2 of water surface.
