Situated in the hill of Torre Soli, the villa has a roadside parking area and there are 16 steps down to the main door. All living spaces and bedrooms are located on one level of this villa.

The lounge is comfortable and furnished, from the lounge you can step out onto the large covered with sea views, it has a built in BBQ and the terrace is furnished.

Back inside the lounge, leading off from the left is the fully equipped kitchen with American bar and the cosy dining room which overlooks the BBQ area.

To the right of the lounge there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and the other faces the rear. There are two bathrooms in the villa.

From the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the pool and sunbathing area, the villa has a rectangular shaped pool of 8m x4 m.
