The apartment is located on a 8th floor and its top terrace solarium on the 9th floor. It has beautiful sea views over both seas and it’s fully equipped with all elements to ensure you have a relaxing stay: air conditioning, two bathrooms, dishwasher, TV...

The main bedroom, with double bed, has got access to the terrace where there are unique views of La Manga strip, the second bedroom has also got double bed and sea views, too. The ample living room gives access to the main terrace where there are views over the Mar Menor and Tomas Maestre Marina. From this terrace, there is access to the top terrace solarium, quite ample with barbecue and even more beautiful sea views. The independent fully fitted kitchen has got all the necessary cutlery and utensils plus an attached galley with washing machine and boiler.


LOCATION:

The development, Seychelles, is located en the km14, front line to the Mar Menor and only 50 meters from the Mediterranean. It has 2 communal pools, open in 2024 from the 10th of May to the end of September, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.
Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.
In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
