LOCATION:

The Murano urbanization is located at km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, one minute from the Mar Menor and less than 5 from the Mediterranean.
There is a small supermarket on the same street as the apartment and several in the area, many shops, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets...

Just 3 km away there is a large supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás Maestre Port is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is also a sports center with tennis, paddle, and futsal courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass to use and enjoy the courts and attend different offered classes, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...

We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, it is necessary to confirm before booking and they involve an extra fee of 30€.
