This lovely apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (recommended for one adulttwo children), a bathroom with a shower tray, a living room - kitchen with a sofa bed and access to the terrace, with beautiful views.
Moreover, the apartment features its own solarium terrace, which is accessed through the communal staircase.
There is air conditioning in the lounge and WiFi connection.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Oasis, is located at km 14, on the first line of the Mediterranean. It has a community swimming pool (opening dates to be confirmed according to the season), and is a minute's walk from the Mediterranean beach.
In the same urbanisation there is a bakery, and around it a multitude of shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants (such as Casa Paco).
A 3-minute walk from the apartment there is a large supermarket (Spar)
It is about 10 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance to the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
Dogs are allowed with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an additional fee of €30.
