This villa is located in a quiet area in the southeast of Palma, high up with open views of the city and the bay. It is a house with personality, with several levels, terraces and corners where you can simply sit and disconnect.

The exterior is perfect for relaxing: private pool, sun loungers to sunbathe and a hot tub (not air-conditioned) to round off the day. The barbecue area with bar and fridge is ideal for informal meals or dinners while enjoying the views. At night, the lights of Palma create a special atmosphere to end the day under the stars.

The villa has five double bedrooms and an independent apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance, perfect for guests or for those seeking a bit more privacy. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace, making it easy to move between the interior and exterior.

It is designed for large families or groups of friends who want to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings without giving up the proximity to the city: Palma is just 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are several golf courses within 10 km and very popular cycling routes just around the corner.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.

The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2€ per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.

Property entries after 9 pm will incur a supplement of €50.
