In addition, it is located just 3km from the town of Sant Lluís, and 5km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and businesses.

The outdoor area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and has a beautiful garden. The pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by sandstone flooring and there are also large areas of grass around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well furnished.
