To access San Pedro centre, you only have a short 15 minute walk ahead of you or a 5 minute drive. Here you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. There are three bathrooms available throughout the property. On the ground floor the open living area offers a cosy seating area, dining area and kitchen. This stylish space creates a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the property’s location. Additionally, the private outdoor space is full of entertainment for friends and family. There is a private plunge pool and an array of outdoor furniture.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction cooking field, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, all kinds of kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, a washing machine and a dryer. There’s everything you need for cooking, relaxing or hosting friends or visitors as there’s equipment for up to 12 people. Of course, there’s also an iron and ironing board.

The urbanization Guadalvillas is a gated community with its own security guards. Additionally, the house has an easy-to-use alarm system, so if you are out, you can feel safe about your belongings. Guadalvillas encompasses two huge swimming pools just for the community inhabitants, one is just 20m away from the house.

Additionally, we provide a great number of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels. Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
