The exceptional wrought-iron staircase takes you to the luxurious downstairs lounge with, next to it, a 4° bedroom with desk and small library, where one can also seclude and unwind.. Ideal for those who want some privacy or need to work.

Interesting info: In the living/dining room there is a powerful air conditioner, which is designed to make the corridor to the 3 bedrooms cooler as well. If desired, in the evening/at night, the windows can be tilted to let in the night-time coolness. Because the ground floor, at the level of the swimming pool, is underground on one side and all windows can be tilted, there is always a pleasant coolness. Since the electricity meter has been digital for more than 10 years, we see from the consumption per hour each year that the majority does not use the air conditioning.
