Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, this charming apartment offers a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the city centre. The interior features an open-plan space that integrates the living room, dining area and sleeping area, equipped with a double bed. An additional guest can stay on the sofa bed and, for music lovers, the accommodation also includes a piano that adds a special touch to the stay. The space offers a bright living-dining area with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort all year round. The communal swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 October, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm every day.
