A corner of Formentera on the Costa Brava. Specifically in the village of Sant Antoni de Calonge, in an urbanization very close to the beach and the village. The house is a 10 minute walk from the beach!

It is now possible to be on the Costa Brava and feel like you are in Formentera in this four-story house.

The house has a maximum capacity of 8 people, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a third with a bunk bed and two single beds. Both toilets are complete with shower.

The living / dining room has two sofas, a Netflix TV, Wi-Fi and an indoor fireplace. There is a table to be able to eat inside the house for the coldest days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchenware. There is a washer / dryer.

There is heating and a heat pump throughout the house, as well as air conditioning in summer.

Outside there is a 300m2 garden with barbecue. There is outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property itself. We also have an electric vehicle charger at no extra charge.

There are several supermarkets nearby, Esclat, Mercadona. It is recommended to drive if you are very busy. There is a wide range of restaurants on the seafront promenade with seafront terraces.

Visits to the Costa Brava include La Fosca and Castell beaches. You can access both by the Camino de Ronda. And there are highly recommended medieval villages such as Peratallada and Pals. The best gastronomic offer is PalamĂłs, as it has many restaurants and bars in a very charming fishing village.
