Villa Xenophilius is a charming retreat nestled in the Ibizan countryside, offering modern amenities with a traditional touch. Its location is ideal for those who want to enjoy both the tranquility of the countryside and the vibrant energy of Ibiza, being only 5 km from the airport and within a 7 km radius of essential services like supermarkets, pharmacies, and some of the island’s best restaurants. The villa is also conveniently positioned near the main road to Ibiza town, making it easy to explore all parts of the island.

The outdoor area invites relaxation, featuring a newly built private pool where you can unwind on sunny days. The garden spaces are perfect for hosting barbecues at sunset, with various spots to enjoy with family and friends. The villa’s outdoor amenities also include a terrace, parasols, and a dining area, offering a lovely setting for alfresco meals.

Inside, the cosy open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished, with comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to ensure comfort. The dining area seats four guests, and the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances like a dishwasher, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area, enhancing the villa’s seamless indoor-outdoor living. There’s also a separate outdoor laundry area equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

Villa Xenophilius has two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and a large ceiling fan to cool the space during the warmer months. Both rooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower-over-bath and another with a walk-in shower.

Please note that Villa Xenophilius requires a security deposit of EUR 1500, which is charged 14 days prior to arrival. This deposit is collected via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Additionally, some amenities and services may incur extra charges, such as car rental, which is recommended for exploring the area.
