The villa’s prime location allows for easy access to the town of San Jose, just a 10-minute drive away. Ibiza Town, the beaches of Cala Jondal, and Sa Caleta are also within a short distance, and the airport is conveniently located just 5 minutes away.

This estate spans 800 square meters and comprises three distinct buildings. The main house, spread across two stories, features two expansive master suites complete with en-suite bathrooms, a chill-out area, and an office space. The upper floor also showcases a beautifully designed open-plan living room and formal dining area, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. On the lower level, there are four additional large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, along with another kitchen and a gym.

In addition to the main house, the guest house is a fully self-contained unit, offering a kitchen, bathroom, and living area, allowing guests to enjoy ultimate privacy and independence. Villa Moddy comes fully equipped with air-conditioning throughout, central heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort at all times.

Additional Information:
For your convenience, the villa offers daily housekeeping services for 8 hours per day, along with an on-call house manager. In July and August, there is also night security and a breakfast service provided.

Extra Costs and Deposit:
Please note that a refundable damage deposit of €10,000 is required. This deposit will be charged 7 days before your arrival via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, subject to a property inspection. Additionally, children aged 2 years and above are considered adults for booking purposes. A cot can be provided for infants aged 0-1 at no extra charge, but no additional beds or cots are available for older children or adults.

The standard check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
