A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. Final cleaning is an additional EUR 420.

House Rules:
Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is from 8:00 to 11:00. The property is family-friendly, event-friendly, and pet-friendly. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and parties are not allowed. The villa is not adapted for disabled guests. Cancellation policies include a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance and a 50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance.
