The finca is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, the excellent location of the house allows to explore with great ease the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also nearby.
