The villa's charm lies in its beautiful outdoor space, featuring a lush, well-maintained garden framed by trees, and a rustic stone house with a luxurious, modern interior. The highlight is the 8 x 4-meter chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.7 meters, perfect for cooling off after lounging on one of the 4 sunbeds. A charming porch, shaded by vines, provides the ideal setting for family meals or relaxing evenings with friends. The built-in barbecue will allow you to enjoy mouth-watering grilled meats and vegetables. You can choose to dine at the large table near the barbecue or in the adjoining dining area in the nearby annex.

Inside, the 65 m² house is a delightful blend of color and style. The open-plan living area includes a cozy sitting space with a TV (with satellite channels), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and more. The electric fireplace adds extra comfort, and the room leads to the house's bathroom, which includes a shower, and to two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds, wardrobes, and TVs (with Spanish channels). The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. In the annex, you'll find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For families with babies, 2 cots and 2 highchairs are available.
