Featuring a living-dining area with TV and a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, this 2 storey house has two shower baths, a cot/high chair and 2 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one single room. Besides, a room with a single bed. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet place with a natural beach and rocky bays for snorkelling, some restaurants and a small grocery shop. The next town, Can Picafort, has more services like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. A car is recommendable and you may park for free on the street or park 1 car in the garage of the house. We supply you with 1 beach towel per person.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa will be paid on site to the owner.
