14,000m2 of privacy for 10 guests. A large Mallorcan stone house with many corners to rest and disconnect. The 500m2 built farm is distributed on a ground floor with a large hall that separates the bedroom and kitchen areas with the living room. The kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, is open to the living room with its fireplace, air conditioning and glass windows overlooking the olive garden. From the living room you can access the summer kitchen area with its oven to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor, all with air conditioning. Outside you can relax in a 12x5.5 chlorine pool with room for the smallest guests. Hammocks for 10 people, two Balinese beds, corners for reading in the shade, a playground for children, a garage with a ping pong table... All these facilities provide you with fun and good memories of family pastimes. The farm has fruit trees available to enjoy freshly picked fruit. There are also chickens and the possibility of collecting fresh eggs. Located in the countryside, the house has paths around it to go jogging in the mornings. Walking you reach the town center with all its restaurants and entertainment. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. There is free firewood available for the barbecue. Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed on request. There is a car park on the premises. A cot and high chair are provided upon request.

NOTES:

- The owner presents the guests with an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).

- A responsible use of household linen must be made. In case of loss or leaving a piece in bad condition, the amount of 20 Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each piece affected.

- At your departure you will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In case you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 Eur.

- At your departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit (from 6 places a bonus of 15 euros per place will be withheld up to the total capacity accommodated). The properties that have a recycling system, it is mandatory to recycle the garbage.

- Any breakage that occurs by customers (glass, electronics, etc ...) will be charged to the same, retaining the amount of the deposit and in case of not being sufficient the amount of the deposit will be claimed the amount necessary to cover the breakage caused.
