There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the apartment while contemplating the extensive communal gardens. This area is also ideal for lunch or a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which is on the ground floor, is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, which has air conditioning, a smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook in comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. A fan is available for your use. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located near the small coastal village of Porto Petro (Santanyí). Specifically, it is located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful unspoiled beaches, the first one only 25 meters away, and to the Natural Park of Mondragó. This is really an ideal place to enjoy the most authentic and natural Majorca.
