Villa Acebuche is a beautiful five bedroom, five bathroom villa for ten guests located in a perfect location, close just a short stroll (5 minutes) from the  two pretty sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran and less than ten minutes to Cala D'Or Centre. Large and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees provide a nice shade. The lovely salt water pool with roman steps, a large sun terrace with modern reclining sun beds and a sitting area -the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long and sunny summery days.

Cala D’Or is a bustling resort which at its heart is fully pedestrianised offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. Its exclusive marina with superb restaurants where you can enjoy a stunning cuisine looking at the yachts is just 5 minutes drive (taxi) away. Here you can also practice water sports or enjoy and excursion with a sailing boat or the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports or even the natural Park of Mondrago.

The villa itself is a beautiful villa, Ibizan in its styling, airy and full of natural light with covered terraces and large lawned gardens. The villa has two floors, the ground floor offers an open living/dining area with comfortable sofas and a dining table. From the living area there is access to a large covered terrace and to the lawn garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has access to the exterior. On this floor are two twin bedrooms with access to the covered terrace. Both share a separate bathroom and a shower room with two single showers. There is also a double bedroom with access to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor boasts a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a dressing area. From this bedroom there is access to a roof terrace. This bedroom can also be reached by an exterior stairs from the garden to the terrace roof. Outside by the pool we find a separate small twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a small covered terrace.

There is A/C (cold & warm) in all bedrooms and the living/dining area with a limited timetable.

The large and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees provide a nice shade. There is a large sided covered terrace with a sitting area with sofas to relax and table with chairs to enjoy delicious "al fresco" evening meals. The pool area is really pleasant with a lovely pool ( salt water system) with roman steps, a large sun terrace with modern reclining sun beds and a sitting area -the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long and sunny summery days-. There is also an open poolside shower and a brick-built barbecue.
