Ca Na Melis is a grand luxurious country villa full of natural light with a fabulous main house and two guesthouses. This stylish house mixes modern design with traditional materials.

The main house is full of wonderful spaces with luxury in every room. There is a fabulous double-height lounge and hall. The lounge is an amazing space with views on three sides of fields and trees. The fantastic kitchen-diner with an island workstation has a long dining table and chairs. This floor offers a twin bedroom that has been designed to be fully wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp to access the main house and this bedroom. This bedroom counts with wide doors, adapted en suite shower-room and access to the outside. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own terrace. One has an antique Mallorcan double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a bath and a separated shower. This bedroom has access to a partially covered terrace with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside, the town of Santanyí and the coast at the far end. Guesthouses

They are located next to the house, overlooking the garden.

The first one has twin beds, en suite shower room and access to the outside with a private terrace overlooking the garden with a table and chairs; a great spot to relax and enjoy the peace of the area. There are four steps down to enter this bedroom.

The second guesthouse is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with antique furniture, a four-poster double bed and wardrobe. It has also access to the outside, to a private terrace overlooking the garden.

The outside is wonderful; a great place to enjoy the country views and the peace of the area. There is a Mediterranean garden with rose bushes, lavender, rosemary as well as palm trees and carob trees. There is also a lawned area by the pool with sun beds. Ca Na Melis has two pools: a swimming pool and a long splash pool-child pool. Overlooking the pool, there is a covered terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen; perfect to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals.
