You will be able to enjoy the large communal garden or have a quiet drink on the terrace of your flat or relax on the sofas with your companions. As it is located in a building, it has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which is on the ground floor, is ideal for you to enjoy a good holiday and rest comfortably. The living-dining room has AC, Smart TV and is very close to the kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the flat. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The accommodation is located near the small coastal village of Porto Petro (Santanyí). It is a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful unspoiled beaches, the first one only 25 meters away, and to the Natural Park of Mondragó. This is really an ideal place to enjoy the island in the most authentic and natural way.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
