The house has a backyard where you can find an area with a lawn and a table with chairs to enjoy meals or outdoor dinners on the fixed barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower so you can cool off on hot summer days. At the entrance of the house, you will find a cozy terrace ideal for a glass of wine or reading a good book.

The house offers a large space of [hidden] m2. It has a huge, bright living room that shares the same space as the dining room, and features air conditioning, a dining table with chairs, and a comfortable sofa with two armchairs to have a good nap or relax after an intense day at the beach. There is a second living room with two sofas. The independent kitchen with vitro hob has all the necessary utensils to be able to prepare comfortably your best dishes and also offers a table with chairs. The laundry is independent and has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. There are three rooms; one of them with a double bed, another with a single bed, and the third one with two single beds; all equipped with fans. There are two spacious and comfortable bathrooms with showers. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you with a crib and a highchair.
