Welcome to this cozy country house for 3 guests with a private elevated pool. It is located just 2.7 km from one of the beaches of Cala Mondragó, s'Amarador, in Santanyí.

The house is located in the middle of one of the most spectacular natural parks in Mallorca and its garden is a maximum exponent of the characteristic flora of the area. The beautiful scenery on this property includes a refreshing 4 x 2 meter elevated chlorine pool with a depth of 1.4 meters. Around the house, you will also find several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the good weather with total privacy.

The two-storey house has a marked traditional character mixed with modern elements. In the living room, you can rest while watching satellite TV (German channels only). The dining kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and a table with chairs. Still on the main floor, we find the only bathroom, with a shower. The first floor accommodates the 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and also with a cot and high chair in case you are traveling with a baby. In addition, the house is powered by solar energy.

The property is located in the middle of an amazing natural jewel of the island, the Cala Mondragó Natural Park which includes wonderful coves such as that of s'Amarador, located just 2.7 km away. There are several routes for hiking or cycling in the area. The closest town is Santanyí where you will find all the basic services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In addition, if one day you prefer to change from this natural environment you can play golf on the Vall d'Or course, located just 16.9 km away.
