Welcome to this fantastic house with a private garden, terrace, and barbecue located in Cala Egos, Cala d'Or.
It has a capacity for 6 guests.

The beautiful house has a large porch where you can have a drink and relax, a garden with loungers for sunbathing, and a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables.

The interior is divided into 2 floors and is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The dining room has views of the garden and access from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, you have 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, AC and bathroom en suite with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. On the first floor, which is accessed by the outdoor stairs, we find another room with a TV (without satellite), a bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with a shower. The house has oil central heating and we can provide a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The apartment is located in a mostly residential area but with basic services such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants near at hand. The sea is close and you have a small cove, es Caló des Pou, at about 700 meters. You'll find other coves not far away, such as Cala Petita or Cala Gran, and if you have the opportunity, be sure to visit Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí, or Es Caló des Moro by car.
