A barbecue is available for preparing delicious meals, making it easy to enjoy dining al fresco without leaving the poolside. The pool measures 5.5 x 3.5 meters, providing a refreshing escape with depths ranging from 1.20 m to a maximum of 1.80 m. For those who prefer sunbathing, six loungers are provided for your comfort.

In addition to the pool area, you can unwind on the terrace and in the garden, which features a lush lawn. Upstairs, a second furnished terrace awaits, complete with two additional loungers, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the horizon and the lush pine forests of Mallorca.




Inside, the house offers a functional yet welcoming layout.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area equipped with television, satellite channels and DVD. The separate kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob. This level also includes a guest toilet. The property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, located on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms with single beds, both with wardrobes on the first floor. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and oil-fired heating, ensuring comfort at any time of year. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot for guests travelling with a baby. 


This house is conveniently located just 1.2 km from Cala Gran, the nearest sandy beach in Cala d'Or.
