On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area equipped with television, satellite channels and DVD. The separate kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob. This level also includes a guest toilet. The property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, located on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms with single beds, both with wardrobes on the first floor. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and oil-fired heating, ensuring comfort at any time of year. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot for guests travelling with a baby.
