Located in a privileged rural area, just 2.5 km from the charming town of Santanyí and a few minutes by car from the pristine beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó, this cozy country house is ideal for families, friends and small groups of up to 6 people looking for relaxation and nature with total privacy.

The house combines rustic Mallorcan charm with all modern amenities. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, perfectly equipped to enjoy home-cooked meals: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more. The living room has a fireplace and a seating area with comfortable armchairs and satellite TV.

It has three bright bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable rest during the summer months. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two, with single beds, share a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sink. At the back you will also find a laundry room with access to the rear terrace.

The outside is a real private oasis: a large covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue area, a refreshing private pool with solarium, outdoor shower and a charming attached house with sink and second barbecue. The carefully maintained Mediterranean garden offers shaded corners for reading, resting or simply disconnecting.

Behind the pool, a small pond adds a natural touch and, for the more curious, a corral with hens (no rooster!) provides authenticity without disturbing sleep.
