Spacious house of 260 m2 with shared garden area and space to park cars. The accommodation is located less than 4 km from the historic center of the city, about 30 minutes walking or less than 10 by public transport.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this renovated and equipped space you will feel at home. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A living area where you can find.
- A seating area with sofa and TV, including a sofa bed
- A dining area
- 4 bedrooms distributed as follows:
- Two with double bed
- One with single bed
- One with double bed and single bed
- A full kitchen
- Two bathrooms with shower, one with bathtub and a half bath.
- Outside area

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. RESPECT:
- I ask guests for normal and respectful treatment inside the dwelling and also respect for the neighborhood.
- No parties/events are allowed.
- Please be careful with noise.
