Our apartment has a unique feature: you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and Monte Brasil
from the comfort of your bed or the cozy balcony seating. Located next to a popular ocean swimming
spot, close to some of the best restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Angra.

• LOCATION - Terceira Island, in São Mateus da Calheta parish, next to the Negrito natural swimming
spot. Less than a 10-minute drive to Angra do Heroísmo and about 20 minutes to Praia da Vitória.
Discover local life and some of our island’s best restaurants and cafés at the charming nearby fishing port.

• VIEW - Gently witness the sun rising above the ocean and Mt. Brazil from the comfort of your bed
(depending on time of year) or the cozy balcony seating. The ocean scenery can be ever-changing,
from calm glass-like waters to breathtaking waves crashing on the coast. Luckily, you have a view
from all rooms in the house (except the bathrooms).

.CONDIMENTS & BASIC NECESSITIES - Fully equipped with olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea,
coffee, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo,
shower gel, towels, sheets, laundry detergent, washing machine, clothes dryer, pots/pans, coffee and
espresso maker, toaster, microwave, water kettle, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, first aid kit, etc. Please
bring your own spices and staples for meals in the apartment.

• QUIET & COMFORT – Because the property entrance is gated and situated near the ocean, our
apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Listen to the waves and sea birds and at bedtime, close the
wooden shutters in the large bedroom to block out sound and sunlight.

• PRIVATE PARKING - Very secure property with 2 parking spaces designated for your personal use inside the gated entrance.

• LAUNDRY ROOM – Avoid airline baggage fees and travel light by refreshing your clothes in your
private laundry room. Equipped with laundry detergent, washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board.

• TOWELS & BED LINENS – We will change them every 3 days.

• CULTURAL DÉCOR - We want to expose our guests to bits of Azorean culture and history, so you can experience a little of the place you’re visiting even when relaxing indoors. Supporting our local economy and showcasing our unique culture, was a priority for us when choosing decorative items. So a simple detail, like a crocheted throw pillow, celebrates the love, time, and patience it takes to make such an item. Enjoy vintage photos of our village, upcycled quilt art, hand painted tiles, and framed embroidery.

• CHECK-IN / OUT TIME: Flexible based on reservation schedule. Please inform us in advance of
any special requests, and we ill confirm if we can accommodate them.

• INTERNET / TV: The wireless Internet is 100Mbps of fibre broadband. We also offer 150 TV
channels on a flat screen.

• GUEST ACCESS - Access to the entire condominium, 2 private parking spaces and the oceanfront
grassy hill in front of the building.

• CRIB / COT - Portable crib/cot for children from 0 to 4 years old, upon request.

We live on a different island, so when checking in, our property management team greets guests in
