The location of the house is absolutely idyllic, among holly oaks and pines, making it an ideal retreat for those who need peace and quiet. A private way leds up to the villa which is located in an elevated setting looking from the hill. The property has a total of just 60 m² of living space, but its attraction lies in charming outside space with different terraces and infinity 55m2 sized pool with open views.
The cottage built from the natural stone has just one double bedroom with 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, and it is perfect for a romantic holiday for two. The house is air-conditioned, has heating, a fireplace, TV, wireless Internet, washing machine, and other facilities that will make your villa holiday as relaxing as possible. The house has also has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) and a living room that is really the heart of the property.

The finca is located in Selva within 2-minutes' drive away. The nearest shopping and restaurants are here. The town of Inca is also just about 3 km away and has excellent shopping. You can taste Mallorcan dishes and wines from the local region in its cellar pubs. The beautiful beaches in the Bay of Alcúdia are just about 25 km away, and there is excellent swimming at the Playa de Muro.
