Nestled in the picturesque village of Selva at the base of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, this delightful home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Outdoors, the highlight is a spacious 9x3 metre saltwater pool with a depth of 1.70 metres—perfect for a refreshing swim, followed by sunbathing on one of the loungers. Before stepping inside, guests are welcomed by a charming, shaded porch—an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a quiet moment with loved ones. One corner features a cozy sofa, perfect for afternoon relaxation or sipping wine at sunset. A mobile barbecue makes outdoor cooking under the stars a breeze. The property also features a few resident horses, lovingly tended by the owner, who visits daily. Horse riding can be arranged upon request.

Inside, the home is spread across two levels and features a bright, inviting living and dining area—perfect for unwinding with a good book or enjoying a film. In the cooler months, a wood-burning stove adds warmth and charm. The open-plan gas kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals with ease.

On the terrace, a separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements include a room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds, which also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

For families traveling with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request. Comfort is ensured year-round with air conditioning in the living room, on the upper floor, and in the twin bedroom, complemented by three additional fans.

The village of Selva is located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains in western Mallorca and is a quiet place surrounded by mountains and nature. There are many hiking and cycling trails around the house, for example to Ses Fonts Ufanes, underground springs in Campanet that flow after heavy rainfall. Mancor de la Vall and Orient are typical Mallorcan villages with narrow streets and stone buildings. The town of Inca is nearby, where you can go shopping, enjoy a night out or dine in authentic restaurants offering homemade Mallorcan cuisine.

All guests aged 16 and over must pay this tax. The amount ranges from €0.55 per night per guest during the low season to €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. From the 9th night onwards, the tax is reduced by half.
