The large chlorine pool, surrounded by lush lawns and scenic mountains, is ideal for unwinding and cooling off on hot days. The pool measures 9 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2.2 meters. Six sun loungers are available for sunbathing, and a barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious meals. You can dine on the porch or at the table on the lawn on the other side of the house. The porch is also a great spot to relax with a glass of wine after an enjoyable tennis match on the private court. An exterior shower is available for your convenience. The property is fenced, and there are direct neighbors.




Inside this charming one-story rustic house, you'll find a spacious living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace, perfect for watching satellite TV. The adjacent kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and other utensils and appliances. There is also a table with chairs for dining in the kitchen. The independent laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a closet. Three bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning, while the fourth has two twin beds and a fan. One of the double bedrooms has access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are two additional bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be provided if you are traveling with a baby.




Caimari is a cozy and quiet village located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, perfect for those who love small charming places with just a little grocery shop, the traditional bar, and the town restaurant. There are several routes to practice hiking or biking starting in Caimari. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 31 km away. But you can drive to see the coves of the mountain range and visit the incomparable Cala Tuent or sa Calobra, the true jewels of the island!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
