Idyllic little country house in Selva, with private pool and mountain views, for 2 people.

The 7,5m x 4,5m pool has salt water and a depth between 1,5 and 2m. On the terrace you can slumber in the Mediterranean sunshine, on one of the sun loungers, surrounded by almond trees. Just imagine when they are all in bloom! The terrain is fenced and there are fruit trees, like apples, figs, grenades, oranges and plums. Furthermore, it counts with views on the Tramuntana mountain range (which has been declared World Heritage) and on the villages of Selva and Caimari. On the porch you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast while you see the sun dawn or hide away with a good book under the cane roof. There is a mobile barbecue, so you can prepare a tasty family dinner outdoors.






The house is simple and comfortable. It counts with all basic amenities for your stay. We enter the living- and dining room with open kitchen. There, we find a sofa, an armchair, a fire place, satellite TV and a dining table. The kitchen works with gas and counts with an electric oven, a dishwasher and other utensils. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is for general use and counts with a shower.

The surrounding countryside is very quiet and peaceful. You can visit romantic mountain villages like Selva, Caimari, Moscari or Mancor de la Vall or ascend to the Sanctuary of Lluc. It is the perfect place for excursions, either by car, hiking or cycling. You can even do rock climbing. Within half an hour by car, you can reach the long beach of Port d’Alcúdia, with its fine, white sand. The house is centrally situated on the island, and you can easily reach any part of the island. In Selva you will find a small grocery store for basic needs, as well as some restaurants. In Inca, at 5 km, you will find bigger supermarkets and any other services you might need during your stay.
