It offers a fantastic private salt pool, 5.75 m x 2.75 m and 1.2 to 1.65 m deep, surrounded by an artificial lawn, where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers. Afterward, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and head to the porch, perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues prepared in the open air. Then, unwind with a drink while relaxing on the sofas.




This is a two-story house. On the main floor, you'll find a living-dining room, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing on the sofa while watching SAT TV, listening to music, or reading, all in the comfort of air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and includes a small table, ideal for a quick breakfast or snack. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes. On the main floor, there's one double bedroom with a fan. Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a fan, and the other with a double bed and air conditioning. A crib and high chair are available upon request. The upper floor also features a cozy living area where you can relax and take in the views (on clear days, you may even see the sea) and a laundry room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.

The location of this house is perfect since it is in the countryside, with all its tranquility, but at only 550 meters from Selva center. It is a lovely village that offers all the basic services such as bars, supermarkets and good restaurants. Moreover, it is situated at the feet of Sierra de Tramuntana, the fact that makes it a good starting point for doing some hiking and, as well as that, it is also very centric on the island. Puerto de AlcĂşdia beach is the closest, at 25 km.
