The house is located in Selva, a small and picturesque town at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. There you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The weekly market is held every Wednesday, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or artisan products. Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find a wide leisure offer. As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is worth approaching the picturesque villages of Caimari or Mancor de la Vall. In addition, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach any area of ​​the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless beaches of sand and crystalline waters such as those of the Bay of Alcudia, or other smaller and more exclusive beaches such as from Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa. It is also close to one of the most sought-after tourist areas of the island, Port de Pollença, where you will find a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
