This wonderful villa with private pool can be found in the charming village of Binibona, amidst the mountains and the fields. This is the perfect place for 8 guests to enjoy total privacy and peace.
The garden is a true paradise, a dreamy place to relax between the lawn, the mountains and the refreshing swims in the pool. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and a with a depth from 0.5 to 1.7 metres. It is surrounded by fantastic corners where you will fell as in a different world, like for example, the Bali bed and the 6 sun loungers, the thatched awning for a delicious breakfast and the perfectly furnished porch to enjoy a barbecue. You will also find a basket hoop and a ping pong table, in case you want to practice a bit.

There are two buildings: the main house and a little attached building. Both feature gas central heating and the interiors combine modern and rustic styles with a great taste and delicacy.

At the main house, the stoned walls and wooden beams in the living room offer a charming atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or to listen to some music. The kitchen, spacious and independent, has a gas top, strong table for meals all together and direct access to the garden. The laundry room features a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. An air-conditioned corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms with a closet each. Two of the bedrooms come with two twin beds each, and the last one has a double bed an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and independent shower. There is another bathroom with a shower. Two cots, two high chairs and two fans complete the equipment of this house.

The annexed accommodation presents a spacious bedroom with two twin beds, air-conditioning and a shower bathroom. Please, note that the wood stove in this room cannot be used.

This finca has a privileged location. Binibona is a little and family hamlet, belonging to the municipality of Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. If you are willing to disconnect and find the calm in the middle of nature, this corner of the island, full of routes, paths and forest, is your perfect destiny. You can enjoy many excursions like for example to the Monastery of Lluc, the commonest one. Regarding beaches and coves, you will reach Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort in about 20 minutes drive. A little farther, you will find the incomparable Sa Calobra o Cala Tuent, leaving from Lluc.
