At Villa Flora, you will have access to a private swimming pool, a sprawling garden, an outdoor dining area complete with a charcoal barbecue, and ample parking space for up to 5 cars. The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a modern and well-equipped kitchen, furnished with both Delta capsules and filter coffee makers. The open-plan living and dining area exudes contemporary style and boasts a cozy fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player, and CD player for your entertainment. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and another with twin beds (0.95 m x 1.95 m), along with a bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower and a separate WC.

Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a suite with a comfortable double bed (1.55 m x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. There are also two more bedrooms on this floor, one with twin beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and another with a bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m), along with an additional bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

For your convenience, all windows are fitted with shutters, allowing you to adjust the amount of natural light entering the villa.

Stepping outside, you will find a private swimming pool (9 m x 5 m x 1 m - 2 m) where you can cool off and relax. The pool features Roman and vertical steps for easy access, and an alarm system is in place to ensure the safety of children. An outdoor bathroom with a WC and shower is also available for your convenience. The terrace provides a lovely spot to unwind, and the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. With 10 sunbeds and 3 parasols, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With Meco Beach just 3 km away, restaurants within 300 m, and a supermarket and pharmacy approximately 1.9 km away in Alfarim, you'll find all the necessary amenities within easy reach. The charming town of Sesimbra is a short 9 km drive from the villa, while the vibrant city of Lisbon is just 40 km away. Setubal is also within reach, located 33 km from the villa.

To ensure a stress-free stay, Villa Flora offers a range of services and amenities. A security deposit of €400 is required, and Wi-Fi access is included. The end-of-stay cleaning is also included in the rental price. For stays between mid-October and mid-April, central heating is optional but mandatory, with a fee of €20 per day. Additionally, pool and beach towels are available for rent at €5 per towel for the duration of your stay. The preferred changeover day is flexible, allowing you to plan your arrival and departure according to your convenience. The earliest check-in time is 16:00, and the latest check-out time is 10:00.
