This modern design apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one with two twin beds 0.90 * 1.90 m each. It has two full bathrooms with shower, which are inside each of the rooms. It also has a beautiful bright living room overlooking the Plaza de Santa Cruz, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda are within walking distance.
