Magnificent duplex apartment located on the third floor of a beautiful classic building in the historic center of Seville.

Upon entering the house there is a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and living room. The living room area is on the left side and it is Chapineros street, there is a double sofa-bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 6 people. From the living room there is a direct access to the first bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and a separate bathroom with shower.

The upper floor can be reached by stairs from the living room. There is the second bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m), the second bathroom with a shower and the exit to a beautiful private terrace, furnished with wooden furniture and with wonderful views of the Cathedral and the Giralda tower.

The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, on the corner of Francos and Chapineross streets. A few meters from the apartment the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Giralda tower are located. The apartment is also very close to the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
