The second floor has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet; the other with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The third and top floor, filled with natural light from large windows, houses the fourth bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This floor also provides access to a spacious private terrace overlooking Ángeles and Mateos Gago streets.
